For me, touch is a way of listening.
Not something mechanical or fixed, but a quiet dialogue with the body — where presence, attention, and sensitivity matter more than technique alone.
My work has grown slowly over time, shaped by personal experience, years of receiving bodywork myself, and later professional training. Through this, I became increasingly aware of how much the body holds — stress, emotion, fatigue — and how it responds when it is given the right kind of attention.
This is what led me into this practice: a combination of trained skill and intuitive awareness, working together rather than separately.
Each session unfolds in response to the person in front of me. I don’t follow fixed sequences or routines — I work with breath, tension, and subtle changes in the body as they appear, adjusting pressure and pace accordingly.
My approach draws from different bodywork techniques, from gentle, flowing work to deeper muscular release, always applied with care and without force.
What remains constant is the intention behind it: to create a space where the body can slow down, soften, and feel supported enough to let go.
